Today marks Day 1 of the 13-day:
32nd Annual Festival of MB*
The festival posts will contain nothing but exciting and interesting news of the day and how this has made the upcoming pinnacle of the celebration (Wednesday, May 7) all the more special.
Day 1
- I got part of my birthday present from She-ra. Sure, it was chocolate, but it was very special chocolate (Lindor Straciatella) .
- I may have gotten a co-irker in a bit of strife. Well, she is a useless bag of snot and quite frankly, I'm sick of her. It was her own fault really. Don't get between me and my holidays, bitch.
- TPoD reminded me of Birthday Week (see below). Which is good, 'cause now I have an excuse to remind everyone every day for the next 6 days that my birthday will be here and the 6 days after that I just had a birthday. Sure, I don't need an excuse, but it's always good to have one handy.
So that's it for today. Sure to be plenty of good things to find in the next 12 days.
UPDATE:
The actual birthday is next Wednesday, so if you do wish me happy birthday (and I thank you with all my heart) I do expect you to do so again next week. It's only right.
*aka "Birthday Week". Extended to "Birthday Fortnight" earlier today (although technically only 13 days). Five minutes later renamed "Festival of MB" due to something Windy said.
