The fun! The excitement!
Tomorrow marks not only the reason for the festival but the first day of a mini-holiday! That's right, I have 6 days off work and I'm not sick (much) and I'm not having to do anything for uni since I'm a two-time drop out. Life is good.
My aunt sent me a text today wishing me a happy birthday. Funny, since she's never done that before (my dad and I think she needs to get a hobby now that my uncle is retired. Evidently she's decided that harassing members of the family on their birthdays - she rang dad yesterday for his - is sufficient) and consequently got the day wrong. Amusing.
Won $15 on a birthday scratchie. That's half a book!
